The New Genesis EX325s Smart Barbecue comes with Weber Connect smart technology built in. New features also include an extra-hot sear zone, enclosed barbecue cabinet and an extra-wide prep & serve side shelf. Inside the grill, you will also find the new Weber Crafted grill system which is designed to hold a range of different accessories allowing you to truly cook anything on your barbecue.
Weber Connect Smart Technology
In this new line of smart barbecues, you can take full advantage of the integrated Weber Connect System to monitor the ambient temperature inside your barbecue and the temperature of your food, all from the comfort of your home. This barbecue includes 1x meat probe and 1x built in ambient probe which connect to the Weber Connect unit integrated into the right hand side shelf. The Weber connect unit has a digital display to show the current temperature of each probe but the real magic happens when you pair your barbecue with the Weber Connect App. In the app, you can monitor the temperature of your barbecue remotely on your smart device and receive notifications telling you when to flip your food and when it is ready to lift off the barbecue. Think of it as your own, personal barbecue assistant.
Extra Wide Sear Zone
The sear zone allows you to turn on an extra burner between the two standard burners to give you that extra boost of searing heat - perfect for getting a nice crust on your steak or burgers. The sear zone is located below the new Weber Crafted grates which allows for extra heat when using accessories such as the wok or cast iron griddle.
Weber Crafted Gourmet Barbecue System
The new range of Genesis come with Webers latest iteration of their Gourmet BBQ System, the Weber Crafted Frame. To use the frame, simply remove your right hand cooking grate and hang it on the installed grill hooks at the side of the barbecue. With the cooking grate out of the way, you can now add accessories like Woks, Dutch Ovens, Griddle and Grilling stones to your barbecue to open up a new world of cooking opportunities. The new Weber Crafted system allows these accessories to be used without using up the entire cooking grate, you still have lots of space on the left hand grate to cook the rest of your meal.
