Online Order FAQ
All orders placed on our website will be fulfilled using third party couriers. On occasion, we may decide to send an order using our own garden centre vans but you will receive a notification on the morning of your delivery if this is the case. Below are some of our most common questions regarding our delivery service. Who will deliver my order?
We use a range of couriers and delivery services depending on the size and delivery area of your order. Our 3 most common couriers are Royal Mail, DPD and AMNexday. If your order contains particularly bulky items and your delivery address is close to one of our garden centres then we may delivery your order in our own van.
Can I have my furniture or barbecue constructed?
Unfortunately No, as our furniture and barbecues are delivered by third party couriers, they are unable to construct items so all items will be delivered boxed. If you wish to discuss construction of your items, please visit one of our centres and the sales team will be happy to help.
Can my items be carried into my house or back garden?
No. DPD and Royal Mail will deliver your box / boxes to your front door however they will not carry them inside. Larger items will be delivered on a pallet from AMNexday and will be offloaded from the lorry using a pallet truck and tail lift to the nearest hard standing at the front of your house.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are standard across our entire website and change based on your total order value.
A delivery charge of £14.99 will be applied to orders between £0 and £49
A delivery charge of £7.49 will be applied to orders between £50 and £199
FREE Delivery will apply to all orders valued at £200 or over
When will I receive my order?
We aim to delivery all orders within 7-10 days of the order being placed.
Do you stock all items listed on your website?
Yes, any item you find on our website is delivered from our warehouse - we do not dropship any items from our supplier directly to you. Some items are only available through our website so you won't find them in our showrooms. If you are interested in any of these items and would prefer to deal with your local centre - please speak with a member of the team and they will be happy to arrange this for you.
Will I still get my club points if I order online?
Yes. If you log into your club account before placing an order on the website - the correct points will be credited to your account. If you have not registered your account before, you will need your club card number and the postcode the card is registered too. Once logged in, you will have access to your purchase history, points balance and any club member offers that are available at the time
What if there is something wrong with my order?
If your order contains any damages or there are missing items, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. You can contact us by phone on 02891883603 or by email at email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number (Typically begins with CGW) and a description of the issue and we will look to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
I ordered an eGift Card, how will I receive it?
After you order your gift card, you will receive a confirmation email from us. your eGift card will be attached to this email as a PDF. There is a known bug with IOS devices that stops the PDF from showing. If you think this is the case - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to forward a copy of the gift card to you
