We are currently delivering most bulky items with our own vehicles from each of our garden centre locations. We are unable to give specific details for when your goods will be delivered but are endeavouring to deliver within 2-7 working days. We are delivering Monday-Friday, goods ordered on a Friday are likely to be delivered the following week. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any queries or questions regarding your order or delivery of your items. If you have ordered goods which we can safely ship by courier, we may choose to do this, in this event you will be sent any relevant tracking numbers if available.
We are sending smaller goods such as some BBQs with couriers such as Parcel Force, DPD and AMNextday. Which courier we use will depend on where you live and the size and value of the item you have ordered.
All goods purchased will be delivered within 15 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation unless agreed otherwise by you in writing. We use a selection of couriers and our own vehicles to deliver goods.
All orders which we dispatch with a courier will require a signature on delivery. Occasionally, the delivery of items may be delayed or postponed for reasons outside of our control. We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.
If you have ordered a pre-order item then delivery will be in line with the details specified at the time of ordering.
Any missing goods must be reported by the recipient within 24 hours of the courier delivery notification.
All goods are sent on insured, tracked and guaranteed services. Goods which are signed for by the recipient as having been received are no longer the responsibility of Creative Gardens therefore refunds will not be offered for goods for which we have obtained proof of delivery. If your goods are misplaced by the courier we will issue refunds or replacements depending on the individual circumstances. Most couriers will leave goods with a neighbour unless you have specified that this is not acceptable. Once goods have been accepted by a neighbour or nearby resident and proof of the delivery is obtained then the responsibility of those goods passes from Creative Gardens and the courier to the recipient and Creative Gardens will not be held responsible for goods which become damaged or lost after delivery.
