Pre-Application Public Information Event
Proposal: Proposed improvements at existing garden centre site including garden centre shop and canopy extensions, car park and servicing reconfiguration, landscaping and all associated site works.
Location: Creative Gardens Logwood, 8 Logwood Road, Ballyclare, Co. Antrim, BT39 9LR.
A Public Information Event will take place on Tuesday 26th March 2024, from 1pm-7pm at Ballyclare Town Hall, The Square, Ballyclare, BT39 9BB.
If you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so at the above event and/or in writing to: Pleydell Smithyman Limited, 20a The Wharfage, Ironbridge, Telford, Shropshire, TF8 7NH no later than Thursday 4th April 2024.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.

Creative Gardens plan to make improvements to their Logwood site near Ballyclare. We are keen to hear your views on the proposals. Comments received will be considered in the preparation of the forthcoming planning application to the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council.
Please be advised that comments made are not representations to the planning authority. There will be a separate opportunity to make representations on the proposals at the time of the planning application to the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council.
