DIGITAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

 

As a Creative Gardens Club Member, you can earn points for every £1 you spend in our centres and cafes plus each season we issue exclusive offers to club members via our seasonal mailings. These mailings are sent out in the post and they are also available in the Creative Gardens app and also by logging into our website.

With the addition on our app and website in recent years, many of our customers are choosing to access their coupons in this way and their paper coupons are often left at home so we are introducing our new Digital Club Membership

Upgrade to our new Digital Club Membership

You can now choose to switch your Club Card Membership to a Digital Membership which means, similar to your paperless banking, you will use our app and website to manage your coupons and we will stop posting a paper version of your coupons to you. 

Nothing else will change, you still receive all the same great offers and earn the same points.

If you would like to change your membership to a digital membership - you will need the latest versions of our app. If you already have it installed on your phone, please check that you have the latest update installed then follow the steps below.

 

UPGRADE IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS

STEP 01

Download or Update to the latest version of the Creative Gardens App and log into your existing club account. From the homescreen, select "Edit my Profile".

 

STEP 02

From the profile screen, scroll down until you find the option for "Membership Type". Tap on this option and change your membership type to "Club Card Customer - Digital Only" 

 

STEP 03

When you return to the profile screen, scroll to the bottom and tap on "Save Account Details". You are now a Digital Club Member.

 


 

Digital Club Membership FAQ

 

Do I have to update my Club account to a Digital Account?

No - if you would prefer to receive your coupons via post them you do not have to change your account. Remember, you can still access your coupons via the app and website as a standard Club customer.

 

If I update, will I receive fewer offers?

No - Our Club customer and Digital Club customers both receive the exact same offers and points.

 

Is it free to upgrade to a Digital Club Membership?

Yes - there is no charge to switch your account to a Digital Club membership.

 

If I switch my account to a Digital Club membership, can I switch it back to a Standard Club membership later?

Yes - you can always switch your account back if you want to start receiving your coupons in the post again. Simply visit the profile page in the app and change your membership type as described above.
