Important App Update Coming
We will soon update our app with a major update. Currently, you are able to log in with your card number and postcode, but for security reasons, this will no longer be possible. From next week, you will need to log in with an email address and password.
You will be able to create this by clicking 'forgot password' in the app and entering your account number or card number. We will then look up your email address in our system and send you an email with instructions to securely create a password.
However, we are aware that many customers may not have an email address on file with us. In that case, we will not be able to send you an email with these instructions. If you suspect this applies to you, please click the button below to log in to our website with your card number and postcode. You will then be prompted to enter an email address and password immediately. Once you've done that, you can use that combination in the app.
